Tarot cards are naturally associated with magic, and often shown to glow in popular media. So it's only logical that people would want to make them glow in the real world. This is achieved, of course, not through magic but through a scientific process I've not bothered to look up. Color is sacrificed, giving the cards a white on black look in the light, and an eerie green on black look in the dark. While it's unlikely one could take full advantage of the deck's glowing aspect for readings, the deck is still a fun addition to the collection.
